Python for Art Course
We are seeking volunteers to teach an Introductory Python for Art course for students in Peshawar. This course will introduce students to basic programming concepts while exploring how Python can be used for creative expression, including generative art, digital design, and simple interactive projects. This course is overseen by a PhD in Art and Design from Peshawar and a programmer with over 6 years of Python experience. The class will commence in Summer 2025.
EmpowerED Mentors
We are seeking dedicated volunteers to mentor young women in the tribal regions of Afghanistan and Pakistan. As a mentor, you will be paired with a mentee and participate in weekly sessions alongside other mentor-mentee pairs. These sessions will focus on academics while also providing space for mentors and mentees to connect, share experiences, and learn from one another.
Ideal candidates should be proficient in high school-level mathematics or English and fluent in English as well as at least one of the following languages: Pashto, Dari, or Urdu.
Sample courses include:
